The journey so far....

Hello everyone,

How have you been? It has been so busy on my end.

From the side of my cloud engineering adventure, it's been two weeks filled with anxiety. Had two live classes led by Setemi Ojo, Introduction to Programming, and finally got a hang of Big-O-Notation.

I attended my first-ever tech virtual conference, SysConf23 (SysConf by SysDsgn). Great lineup of speakers honestly, but as a newbie in a mid-level technical conference, some terms sounded like jargon. Nevertheless, I felt highly motivated at the end of the conference, "Amazing things are going on in the tech ecosystem, I can't wait to get right in there". I enjoyed the session with Jennifer (A Beginner's Guide to Compilers) and an insight into Lagos Business School Virtual Reality Innovation with Dr. Eugene.

From my data engineering adventure, I am at the Database Design stage, and "It's been thrilling all along". The Normalizations - 1NF, 2Nf, 3NF; and Partitionings - Vertical and Horizontal, that seemed so abstract are now within grasp.

What has been going on at your end?

PS: Learn something new every day; write a line of code every day.

Until next time, keep on keeping on. And enjoy the buzz.
